By booking with us you accept the following Terms and Conditions:-
PAYMENT TERMS
Payments must be received in full in order to secure the booking. Payments are received via Stripe or bank transfer.
BOND
If you book the Green House, Cabin or Dairy individually, there is no bond.
ENTIRE property bookings do require a Bond of $500 per stay. This authorisation hold is applied to your Credit Card on Check-In and released within 24hrs of Check-Out. Please make sure there are enough funds on your card before your Check-In.
CANCELLATIONS
Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in. If we are able to rebook your dates we will pass on a full refund less 20%.
We do not offer refunds for no-shows, change of mind, or if you do not stay at LOGBOX for the entire stay period.
PLEASE NOTE If you have booked via Airbnb their T’s & C’s will apply.
We can hold credit note to be used within 12 months of original booking.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Guest check-in is from 3pm unless authorised to arrive earlier.
Guest check-out is by 10am unless authorised to leave later.
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to cleaning times and same day arrivals and departures.
GUESTS
The maximum number of guests is stated on each booking confirmation and this number must not be exceeded at any time during your stay.
All guests must be over the age of 18.
No functions or parties may be conducted at the property (excluding authorised events).
Visitors are permitted with prior consent. It is the responsibility of guests to ensure that any approved visitors comply with the terms and conditions.
No smoking in or around the property.
Exceeding the stated number of guests will result in a termination of booking and you being required to vacate the property immediately without refund. Charges for additional guests will be debited to your Credit Card without further notice. If the amount owing is above the amount held you hereby accept this liability.
If complaints are received and you are found not to have been respectful of neighbours you will be required to vacate the premises with no further notice or refund.
No extra guests are permitted on the property in tents or any other mobile vehicles.
CHILDREN AND PETS
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets on the property. We can accommodate 1-2 children in the Green House. It’s important that that we are informed if there will be a child staying.
FITTINGS
LOGBOX has been carefully curated with one-off and one-of-a-kind objects and furniture. Guests agree to look after all furnishings and objects.
Please report any breakages of items to us as soon as possible. We may charge guests a fee for the replacement of such items.
Guests must not rearrange any furniture or fixtures on the property.
Guests must not remove any furniture or objects from the property. If any items are missing after departure, we may charge you a reasonable fee for replacement.
FIREPITS
LOGBOX has open outside fire pits. Care must be taken and guests assume all responsibility and must heed local fire danger ratings.
NOISE
Please be respectful to other guests on the property and our neighbours at all times and keep noise to a minimum, so everyone can enjoy their stay.
CLEANING
A mid-stay clean and change of linen can be carried out for stays exceeding 3 days upon request.
If the cabin is found to be left in an unreasonable state at check-out there may be excess cleaning charges involved. Please leave the property in a neat and tidy state.
Much time and care has gone into creating these spaces for you to enjoy, please be respectful.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I/We hereby acknowledge and agree that the property owners will not be held responsible nor liable for: Any injury or loss suffered by guests whilst in occupancy of LOGBOX.
Any injury or loss suffered by the guests as a result of negligence or otherwise.
All guests are to take care at all times and must not approach any wildlife. You, the guest, indemnify the owners against any liability for damage, injury or loss suffered by any person during their stay at LOGBOX.
LOGBOX management reserves the right to update these Terms + Conditions when required at their discretion.
