FAQ

What is the deal with check-in?

Check-in is from 3PM, check-out is by 10AM. We will do our best to accommodate late/early times around this but if we have back-to-back bookings we do need to allow time for turnaround for
the next guests.

What can we do at LogBox?

It’s time to chill, wind down and relax. We have board games, cards and other pursuits dotted around the place. We deliberately have no TV’s so if you are desperately missing your screen – bring a device. There is room to explore on-site – meander down the hill and find the small creek and bushland up the other side. Park a picnic rug under the ancient cypress. Discover what’s in season in our veggie garden.

Are there any wineries within walking distance from LogBox?

Why yes – about a 15 minute walk up the road will land you in Paringa Road with 3 really enjoyable cellar doors: Paringa
Estate, Kerrie Greens and Prancing Horse.

Is it suitable for children and infants?

Our little buddies are welcome but children do need to be supervised at all times.

Are pets allowed?

We are unable to accommodate pets.

Is linen provided?

Yes – all linen and towels are provided. And they are all by our favourite suppliers.

Can I book the whole property?

This we encourage. We love the idea of a corporate weekend, family reunion, birthday get together, couples retreat. This will require exclusive booking of the entire property. And we have all the ideas to make it really memorable.

Do I need a car whilst staying at LogBox?

Yes it is highly recommended you have a car to get around the Peninsula. Majority of the roads are single lane with speeds of around 80km/h. Experienced cyclists will take the risk of riding these roads but we do like to protect the safety of our guests.

Can I charge my electric car?

Sure can, but there will be a charging tariff of $40 on top of your stay.
